This is a no-obligation inspection that includes a full roof inspection that will identify any necessary repairs and the source of the problem. We’ll examine your roofing system and let you know what we deem as necessary and what we would recommend.
You will receive:
A written report of our findings with photographs
Answers to your questions
A full proposal including the scope of work with timelines and costs
After reviewing with you, if we’ve earned your business, we will move forward signing the agreement, then begin the process of purchasing your materials and scheduling your roof replacement or repair to meet the expectations in our proposal.
2. Scheduling and Coordination
Once you have approved the proposal, our team will get to work to restore your roof. We will guide you through the process as we begin ordering materials and scheduling your roof installation, ensuring you are aware of the expected timelines and important information about your project.
3. Roof Installation
On the first project day, we will begin by protecting your trees, shrubs, and yard to ensure we disturb as little of your property.
You can typically expect your project to have a turn around time of one or two days, depending on weather and roof conditions.
4. Clean up & Commitment
You now have a beautiful new and secure roof that you can enjoy knowing your home is properly protected. We will leave your property with no debris and a clean driveway.
